Carbohydrate powdered concentrate OLIMP CARBO is a complex carbohydrate-vitamin-mineral product manufactured especially for athletes involved in intense physical exercise, i.e. practicing team games (football, handball basketball, volleyball etc.), endurance, endurance-strength, and strength disciplines. OLIMP CARBO will help you in the period of an energy crisis, and also during intense and exhausting training sessions. OLIMP CARBO contains a selection of carbohydrates with diverse chain length, i.e. mono-, oligo- and polysaccharides, in appropriately selected proportions. It ensures qualitatively and quantitatively optimal and systematic energy delivery during prolonged physical exercise. It does not contain sucrose. Carbohydrates include glucose. Glucose is a very rapidly absorbed monosaccharide, delivering energy immediately after its intake. On the other hand, maltodextrins (polysaccharides) deliver energy successively in the further phase of exercise. The optimally selected combination of carbohydrates in OLIMP CARBO is both a rapidly-acting as well as a sustainable energy source. With OLIMP CARBO use you will not experience the effect of fatigue and exhaustion, since the intake of an energy product makes it possible to maintain a stable sugar level in the blood, and the energy produced is maintained at a stable level throughout the time of the exercise. OLIMP CARBO used immediately after a training session is an irreplaceable energy source rebuilding the used-up stocks of muscle glycogen. Furthermore, OLIMP CARBO contains the selection of essential vitamins and minerals, including trace elements (chromium, molybdenum, selenium) in quantities ensuring the normal course of metabolic processes during vigorous physical exercise. DIRECTIONS FOR USE
OLIMP CARBO is taken as a drink in quantities depending on the intensity of workout, intensity of training, and bodyweight. Usually it is taken 1 to 4 times daily. Method of preparation: Dissolve 50 g of the powder (5 tablespoonfuls) in ca. 150-210 ml (ca. 1 glass) of boiled and cooled water and stir thoroughly. Take immediately after preparation, before, during and immediately after a training session. Using a blender is recommended.
