DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- 1 portion (14,15 g) twice daily, best 30 min. before work-out and 30 min. before meal, keeping at least 7 interval between portions. - 1 portion (14,15 g) once a day, best 30 min. before work-out While taking 1 portion daily, it is recommended to combine the product with other forms of creatine (TCM – 3-5 g per portion; monohydrate 3-5 g per portion), which depending of the time of work-out can be taken morning or right after the work-out.
