OLIMP WHEY PROTEIN COMPLEX 100 – high protein concentrate in powder, food intended to meet the expenditure of intense muscular effort, especially for sports people, with sweeteners.
A nutrient that enriches the diet with food protein from effective mix of whey proteins. The high biological value of whey protein has made it well-known as the most valuable source of food proteins, especially for bodybuilders and athletes.
Directions for use: Take 1-3 portions a day – before breakfast, between meals, after training or before sleep. Add 1 portion (35 g – 96 measuring units of the Olimp scoop or 5,5 flat tablespoons) to 150 ml of water. Do not boil. Consume directly after preparation. Not suited for diabetics.
