Shipping
All items are shipped using DHL Express courier. Most orders are shipped out same or next day depending on stock availability. We carry full stock of every product listed on our website, however if we do not have your product or flavour in stock we will contact you by email or phone to let you know so you can choose to wait or alternatively choose another product or flavour. All items sold directly by First4nutrition Ltd are sent direct to your address. Orders valued below € 80 will include a €5.50 delivery charge within Ireland and we reserve the right to charge carriage or delivery of items outside of Ireland.
Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product purchased from us, you could return the unopened product to us for a full refund less the initial shipping charges. Refund will be given only under the following conditions.
- All problems with orders must be reported within 24 hours of receiving product.
- We will only accept unopened Product for refunds. Items must be returned via commercial carrier or the post office, at the customer’s expense to First4nutrition Ltd within 15 working days from the date of purchase.
- Customers looking to return any item must contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to returning any products.
- Returns can either be credited to your credit/debit card or alternatively you can select replacement product to the value of your returned product less our initial shipping charges.
- Refund will not be given if the above conditions are not met.
First4Nutrition Ltd is not responsible for any typographical errors on this site and reserves the right to change prices at anytime without prior notice.
First4Nutrition is not responsible for health and fitness claims or any guarantees made by manufacturers for any products. All guarantee issues must be handled through manufacturer.
First4nutrition Ltd is not responsible for the items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
